Join us in January 2026 for our brand-new chapter of the Silent Book Club at the John C. Fremont Library!
How it works:
Anyone who would like to participate does not need to have a specific book. A participant only needs to arrive at the John C. Fremont Library at the designated time with a book. Once at the library, participants can chat for a period of time, then read silently and then may choose to chat again for the last bit of time. The Silent Book Club will run for two hours once per month.
Silent book Club at the John C. Fremont Library schedule:
- Arrive at 2:00 PM on the designated day
- Optional to chat until 2:30 PM or participants may start reading
- Read silently until 3:30 PM
- Optional to chat until 4:00 PM
Participants can attend any of the Silent Book Clubs, it is not required for a participant to attend every Silent Book Club. Registration is not required.
